Brother Earl Walker and Sister Alma Walker moved to McRoberts, Kentucky and began having church service in the home.
1919
Elder Keith, Elder Earl Walker and Sister Alma Walker organized and established Church of God of America
Elder Keith was elected Bishop of the organization
The Pikeville, Kentucky church was established under Church of God of America.
The first pastor of record was Elder J.H Patterson
1922
The Church of God Militant Pillar and Ground of the Truth was organized and granted a charter in the state of Kentucky February 18, 1922.
Bishop George W. Keith was elected Bishop.
1932
After moving from Lockland, Ohio to McRoberts, Kentucky,Elder Jess Hunn and his wife were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus and became a part of the organization.
Elder A.E Walker was ordained Bishop. He was elected Presiding Bishop and presided over the Annual Council
Bishop Keith presided over the General Assembly

1934
A general mission (National Missionary) was organized
1938
A general(National) Holiness Young Peoples Union was organized
The Executive Board granted permission to Sister Walker to begin raising funds for a Saint's Home.
Charleston, West Virginia church was establisted
Elder Burress and Congregation joined the organization and established the Lockland, Ohio church
1940
The first recorded minutes of a HYPU and Sunday School Convention show the convention was hosted in Dayton, Ohio on June 27th
A Scholarship Fund was established in September 28th. To be eligible the person must be a saint and recommended by an Elder
1942
June 25th, the Executive Board designed Friday of the Convention as HYPU Day
June 27th, Sister Alma Walker was made the first National Mother of the Church of GOD MPGT, in Blue Diamond, Kentucky
Sept 17th, Evangelist were instructed to report in the General Assembly
1944
The Richmond, Kentucky Church was established in the home of Sister Lucy Gentry
1946
The 24th General Assembly convened in Richmond, Kentucky
1947
Beckley (Harper Heights), West Virginia church was established
1948
The HYPU adopted blue and white as their colors
The Executive Board sent Bishop and Mother Walker to Akron, Ohio to pastor
1949
March, the Springfield, Ohio church was established in the living room of Brother James and Sister Georgia Long and Mother Nellie Draper
June 26th, Dedicatorial Service was held for the 1st Headquarters building. Sermon was preached by Bishop G.W Keith
1952
The Fairmont, West Virginia church was established
1963
Mothers Fannie Johnson and Nellie Draper established the first church in Columbus, Ohio
1965
Ground breaking ceremony was held at 200 Cole Ave in Akron, Ohio for the New Headquarters(2nd) building.
1966
The 2nd Headquarters building was complete
June 19th, Dedication Services were held
1973
Sept 22nd, a Mortgage burning and cornerstone ceremony was held
1974
The Cleveland, Ohio church was established
1979
Sept 23rd, National Nurses Guild was established
1980
The church in Medina, Ohio was established
1989
Mother Allie Stevens and congregation joined the organization to establish the church in Lorain, Ohio
1992
Jan 25th, Dedication Services were held
1993
Elder Kelvin Weatherspoon and congregation joined the organization to establish the church in Racine, Wisconsin
1996
The second church was established in Columbus, Ohio was pastored by Elder Gary Cooper.
2004
Sept 25, a Mortgage burning celebration was held for the Columbus, Ohio Convention Center
2005
The fourth headquarters building was purchase in Springfield, Ohio
June 25th, Dedication Services were held for the Springfield, Ohio Convention Center
2006
Elder Winston Reeves and congregation joined the organization to establish a second church in Akron, Ohio
